These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of emeraldsofgodsgrace.org and the Emeralds of God's Grace member platform (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Using the Service

The Service is provided to help you engage with Emeralds of God's Grace's teaching, events, giving, and community life. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with its ministry purpose.

Accounts

Some areas of the Service require a member account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Content You Submit

Content you submit — including prayer requests, testimonies, and comments — remains yours, but you grant Emeralds of God's Grace a license to display it on the Service, subject to the visibility settings you choose. Submissions may be reviewed before publication.

Giving & Donations

Donations made through the Service are processed by a third-party payment provider. Donations are voluntary and, except where required by law or agreed otherwise, are non-refundable.

Prohibited Conduct

• Impersonating another person or misrepresenting your affiliation with anyone
• Uploading unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts

Changes to the Service or These Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Emeralds of God's Grace is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
