Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

Emeralds of God's Grace (“EGG,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through emeraldsofgodsgrace.org, why we collect it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including when you:

  • Create a member account (name, email address)
  • Submit a contact form, prayer request, or testimony
  • Register for an event
  • Give a donation or offering (processed by our payment provider — we do not store your card details)

We also use a small amount of local browser storage to remember preferences such as your light/dark theme choice. This is not used to track you across other websites.

How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the services you request (your account, event registrations, giving records)
  • To communicate with you about your account, requests, or ministry updates you've opted into
  • To improve the platform and keep it secure

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the platform (such as our hosting and payment providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to provide that service.

Anonymity & Sensitive Submissions

Prayer requests and testimonies may be submitted anonymously. Where you choose to submit anonymously, we do not display your name publicly, though submissions may still be reviewed by ministry staff before publication.

Data Retention & Security

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services to you, and we use industry-standard measures — including encrypted storage and row-level access controls — to protect it.

Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us using the details below.
